YOU STILL HAVE TIME


 
The absence of vision is not always the lack of desire. It’s not that we don’t want to live a purpose-filled life, but the fact that sometimes our mind gets filled with negative thoughts until fear starts to seep in. This fear can lead to confusion and the possibility of wondering what am I suppose to do with my life? Do not allow regret to take up real estate in your mind.
                                                      



Sometimes confusion can come through difficult circumstances happening around us; not necessarily our own, but others. Often times investing too much time and energy on things that really doesn’t matter, or on things that is not even beneficial to our personal growth, tend to become a setback. 

The answer lies within.  It is not a question of not caring, but in order to move forward we have to change our perception because confusion is an illusion of the mind… and the possibility to change our mind is a choice!

Through my own experiences I had to get crystal clear of what I wanted in life, whether it was personally or professionally. Pursuing my vision with commitment and passion and allowing confidence and courage to play a major role in my decision making, helped me in staying in control of my life which guided me from confusion to clarity.

Quiet the static in your mind.  Remember… It’s You against You!

SPRING CLEANING


 
It comes a time when detoxing your life is necessary.  The fact of being overworked, overstressed, and overwhelmed can easily become a lifestyle appearing normal if we’re not careful.  There are many other factors that someone can tend to slip into this type of zone also.  Unhealthy lifestyle choices can be detrimental to your mind and body.  It's time to Spring into action!

As the old saying goes… a cluttered mind is a cluttered life. Ask yourself “What do I do with all this stuff?”  Take a look around; is it in your mind or visible around you… or both?!  If you can truthfully say ‘yes’ to any of these, then you know it’s time to detox and clean your clutter!  Reflect for a moment...

 
Be mindful of the way you go about your day and utilize your time wisely.  Often times we can get so caught up with so much 'stuff' that by the end of the day you may feel as if you haven’t done a darn thing!  So it’s important to prioritize and maintain a realistic healthy schedule and stick to it.  Consistency is key!

Also know that it is OK to shut off sometimes.  I find that this helps give me peace to accomplish goals that I have set for myself and the freedom to live within my boundaries.  I’d like to say disconnect to reconnect; because too many distractions can get in the way of being productive.

Likewise, be picky about what you eat...  your body is your temple and you should protect it at all costs or it will cost you! Exercise and stay hydrated.  This will help stimulate blood flow and enhance circulation needed for your overall well-being.



There are so many other positive things that you can incorporate in your daily routine that will benefit you the most.  Take a closer look at your life and design the best floor plan for yourself.  Believe… it’s a mindset!

 

Detox your life… It’s time to get off the comfort zone train and take up residence on Faith Street!
